How do I subscribe to Jurnal?
You can subscribe to the Jurnal by accessing the Pricing page and selecting the package that suits your business needs. What do I need to start using Jurnal?
Jurnal can be used with any computer device as long as there is a browser and internet connection. These tools include: computers, laptops, iPad, iPhone, Samsung Galaxy S / Note, Samsung Galaxy Tab, tablets and other smartphones.
We recommend that you use a fast, stable and secure internet connection to get the best service experience.
What will happen if the trial period for using my Jurnal expires?
Before the trial period expires, we will remind you to choose the package you want to use and guide you to make payments so you can still use the Jurnal service. If you choose not to continue using the Jurnal, we will keep your data safe.
What packages are available in the Jurnal?
Jurnal provides subscription package prices that are tailored to your business needs. Starting from Pro which are suitable for micro businesses, and Enterprise and Enterprise+ which are suitable for the operational needs of medium to large enterprise levels.
Does the Jurnal price include tax?
The price of Jurnal.id given includes VAT
What are the possible payment methods? Is there a penalty if the client terminates the contract midway?
Currently, we can make our own payments via bank transfer, credit card, and Tokopedia if you want to use the bank installment method. There is no penalty in the form of additional fees, but all payments made are non-refundable.
